The Creativepool affiliate programme has been running for a while now and we've ben generating lots of traffic but our conversion rates are poor.

This is partly due to the very nature of our business (a niche jobs board) and not finding enough relevant partners but we're keen to get advice from affiliates and develop our programme accordingly.

We're currently paying 20% on anything purchased from our site with a 28 day job vacancy starting at £249.

Any advice, suggestions or help would be much appreciated.
