Wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction or give me some advice.

We currenlty send our regular customers a newsletter and I am looking at offering or to add some promotion offers or some kind of discounts to them how do I go about getting in touch with these companies to offer this, or what do I need to to??.................

E.g looking at promotional discount codes, 10% vouchers - any kind of savings.
