Hi All,

You may/may not have noticed that all our creative was switched over to Xmas offerings earlier this month, and now we’re ready to announce two new pieces of content that are really going to help conversion...

1) Top 10 bestselling products. This reflects what have been our bestselling products across the site for the last fortnight, and is updated nightly.

2) An offers feed. After the re-design of our site we decided to take the approach of continually having 4 main offers running that are changed every week on our homepage. These offers act as loss leaders to our main catalogue and have been selling very well, although their prices are normally less than the average price of items purchased, we are finding that 8 out of 10 people are adding a further £30-£50 item to their cart taking the basket value up to just below a regular basket.

These offers are always great value to our customers, usually featuring at least 1 "Buy one get one FREE", a 50% discount, a freebie and another discounted item.

As we update the offers each week they will become more Christmas themed and you'll find some great stocking filler bargains this side of Xmas, then straight into January sales with massive discounts, and then onto the biggest time of the year for us - Valentines.

Hi Lee,

I've bought them all up to date today. There are a few stragglers although not older than 2 weeks, but they are minimal, some people require interesting sizes like: 32 JJ - we can't stock them all so we have to buy them in from the US.
