- This not only includes solus emails, but is also applicable for any of your own emails. For example; affiliates cannot send details of the iPhone launch in their weekly offers email.

- No affiliates are allowed to run any paid search campaigns on the iPhone. - Affiliates can not actively push the iPhone promotion through use of Social networking (including Twitter).

- All on-site promotional activity of the iPhone launch is encouraged, however additional activity from PPC and email promotion specifically on the iPhone for Vodafone is not permitted.

- Essentially, all on-site promotional activity of the iPhone is encouraged, but drive-to-site activity based specifically on the iPhone for Vodafone is restricted (including PPC and email promotion).

Please make sure you refer to these guidelines whenever you are putting any copy together for the iPhone on Vodafone. In particular, please ensure your spelling of the iPhone remains consistent as 'iPhone'. Please also ensure you refer to 'iPhone 4', and '16GB' and '32GB' depending on which handset you are promoting.


Using the Name iPhone in Text


- When using the name iPhone, iPhone 3GS, or iPhone 4 in text, always typeset iPhone with a lowercase i and an uppercase P followed by lowercase letters. The name iPhone should start with a lowercase i even when it is the first word in a sentence, paragraph, or title.

- When using the name iPhone 3GS: It is acceptable to use Apple iPhone,iPhone, Apple iPhone 3GS, or iPhone 3GS. The name Apple should precede the name iPhone when the product is first mentioned in body copy. Subsequent references in body copy can simply say iPhone or iPhone 3GS.
