A new affiliate manager need your help!

Hello everybody, I'm a newcomer just entering the affiliate marketin.
This is my duty job that my boss arranged me. My company is one of members in google affiliate network, we released more than 150 links, but only 35 demonstrated our publisher links everyday, and the visitor only 100. I’m so worry about this, and I don’t want to lose this job. How can I let more publisher work with me? Let our visitor has greatly improved.

We provide 10%-16% commission. Is it enough？Our conversion rate is 1%. We are specialized in supplying the high quality China goods with great price directly to the consumers around the world through the internet.

1% conversion is quite low but without knowing exactly what you sell it's hard to say. Have you spoken to your existing affiliates yet? See what they like and don't like and what their suggestions for improving the program are. Also speak to your network.
