"I've been using Jersey Plants for a few years and, frankly, I'm astonished by some of the reviews I'm reading on here, I can hardly believe we're talking about the same company! While there has been the odd "hiccup" with plants arriving damaged, they've always been very good about replacing them, and have never shown anything less than stellar customer service. It can get frustrating getting hold of them sometimes, but a little patience never goes amiss, and it's hardly surprising they're so busy this time of year. All of the plants I've had from this year have been superb, and I'll definitely be ordering again. Reading some of your comments, if you're half as impolite to them as you seem here, I'm not surprised they're reluctant to help you! I worked in customer services for years, and it's always a lot easier when the customer realises that, no matter what might have gone wrong, we're there to help, and want to work WITH them! Nobody wants an argument!"
