I have a crowdsourcing web design platform (crowdlanced.com) and finding ways to promote it.

For those who are not familiar with the concept, we allow clients to post their web design projects as contests where a crowd of designers compete to get the design done, for a prize. There are established competitors in the general crowdsourced graphic design field but we are the only one to focus on web design and the only one to provide web development service. So there's definitely a niche.

Our existing competitors who started early now have amazing sales even though they will only design your website and leave you with some PSD files. I am confident there will be demand for our one-stop shop solution, but I am new to online marketing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.s. we are going to launch an inhouse referral program in a week and also want to sign up for an affiliate network. If you are an affiliate with traffic in the small business and entrepreneur niche (our target market) or already working for similar affiliate programs please let me know. We are willing to offer twice the commission rate of every single competitors' affiliate programs.
