Hi Maximus007,

A few affiliates joined the program and they have some good leads in the system but it is proving a long time to turn an enquiry into a lead (ie visit Spain).

Having realised that Affiliates want (and deserve) instant gratification, with something extra if a sale takes place down the line, I have resolved to change the program payment structure

Spain is a busy and highly competitive marketplace and without Nueva Vida (the Spanish estate agent) putting some up-front money into the lead generation process it is difficult to motivate affiliates. The program concentrated solely on the Costa Blanca and this is too narrow a market.

I have found financing to pay for leads, on a per-lead basis, and will still make good bonus payments for sales. The site will expand to cover Mallorca, Costa del Sol and Turkey. Florida and Cyprus will be added after.

A new site promoting UK holiday homes will be launched shortly and this will have a much quicker turnaround time from enquiry to sale. The launch of the new site(s) will take place in the next few weeks and will be announced here in the Forum.

We will get it right, whatever it takes.
