Hi,
Just an update. I have added a 450 content unit and 120 simple Christmas Search box to AWIN and sent the code to Graeme so that will be on today on POR as well! These are both labelled Christmas 2006 - 120 Search Box/450 Content Unit
Like Graeme said above, the content units should now not show the phone number from their links.
If anyone finds anything else, just let me know because we like to get everything perfect before the Christmas rush!!
cheers,
Ben
Hi
I can still see the phone number when i click the deep links that i made in the POR control panel.
Cheers Lee
Yep, phone number still visible on POR's links.
Also, when I use the JS content units there's a weird character instead of the pound sign.
Iframe is fine though, which is strange.
Hi,
When creating your own deep links, please can affiliates add our own tracking link to the query string of the original link before you use the custom deep link generator:
So, to get to the 6 in 1 utilikey: http://www.prezzybox.com/products/index.aspx?pid=3473&TID=901
TID=901 is for Paid on Results
TID=900 is for AWIN
By adding this our website can recognise that the link has come from an affiliate and so change the number.
The content units on the paid on results network should definately have solved this now, because all the internal links on the content units have the ?tid=901 appended onto the end from what I can see?
If this still does not solve your problem then let me know. I have just created and checked some of my own custom deeplinks using the method above through our affiliate login on the POR network and it seems to work for me![]()
The Content Units were fixed yesterday to remove the character and also to add the necessary to the query string to prevent the telephone number appearing. Are you using the latest 2006 Content Units, found in My Programs > Prezzy Box > Links > Interactive? If so, which one are you using?
Graeme
Hello folks,
I hope you are all well and things are building up nicely for Christmas.
Some people have been struggling to find the creative (especially the content units) on POR, so Clarke has put together a thread detailing exactly where to find them. You can see the thread by clicking here.
However, if you havn't got time to read Clarkes thread then basically all of our creative can be found by visiting:
My Programs > Prezzy Box > Links > Christmas 2006
Or
Link Overview > Prezzy Box > More Links > Christmas 2006
Hope this helps chaps!
Cheers,
Zak.

We've got the necessary creative to accompany the stocking fillers category, but if there's anything specific you need then give me a shout.
Cheers,
Zak.
