As far as I was aware the gifts were despatched! Very annoying to hear you haven't received anything!
I am on holiday and back home in Bolton and my VPN is packing up so I can't check the system.
What I'll do is re-order the chocolates for next day delivery and fingers crossed your already plump postman doesnt pinch them again

Good to hear the prize made to the Affiliates, had to say got me worried that the number of packages I had ordered from Hotel Chocolat wouldn't get to people on time but they made it
