Hi Diane,

There are banners available for these offers. We always advise merchants to upload over the top of existing creatives to keep them updated automatically as you descrive. In this case it seems that hasn't been happening. I'll speak to the guys at Truprint and ensure going foward it happens so that you can leave the banner in place with confidence. They are very keen at the moment to improve the affiliate program so anything else you need let me know and I'll sort it out for you.
