Yo ho ho. Yep, it's the last week in September and in time honoured tradition we at Prezzybox.com are putting out our Affiliate Christmas Promotion to ensure everybody maximises the months of October to December for Chrimbo (this coupled with the fact that I'm on holiday as of Monday and wanted to get it sorted before I go away).

This year has seen a lot of changes with regards to online marketing - especially with the prominence of blogs and social networking, so not only will be be giving you the usual tools to promote our gifts and gadgets, we'll also provide a raft of our newly created Vidiboxes and Prezzybox.com Wordpress Widgets which can be used to promote your sites in the festive season.

So without further ado...

1) Competition

As always we'll be running a competition for our top affiliates giving away prizes in a number of categories. We've got some belting prizes this year including the following:

• Affiliate generating most number of sales
• Best New Affiliate
• Home Page Link. Put a link/some creative on your home page for Oct/Nov/Dec and you'll go into a draw for a prize (email us to enter prize draw)
• Best page using Prezzybox.com creative (email us to enter prize draw)
• Biggest single commission

As well as this - everyone who emails to enter one of our competitions will be sent a free Personalised Calendar (see Calendar details below).

The competition runs from the 1st October through to the 31st December. Good luck everybody.

2) Creative

After the success of last year's creative, I challenged our designers and techies to come up with something even more innovative and interesting to promote Christmas this year.

So as well as all the usual Banners, Content Units, Search boxes and Gift Wizard Search boxes they've taken on board all of the 'noise' about social networking and blogging and have come up with a couple of winning bits of creative. Ladies and Gentlemen we introduce to you, Vidiboxes and Prezzybox.com Wordpress Widgets.

Vidiboxes

We've got stacks of videos on the site which really help with converting sales. So, we've cunningly put these videos in to a number of content units and created our very own Video Content Units called Vidiboxes (which by our reckoning is an Industry first).

We're really excited about these and are really keen for our Affiliates to use them on their own websites. We've now got Vidiboxes in the following sizes for a number of our best selling lines:

• 175 wide - for example Oidz Vidibox - 175 wide
• 400 wide - for example Ripstik Vidibox - 400 wide
• 500 wide - for example Testube Aliens - 500 wide

We've produced these Vidibox's for a number of our top selling goodies which have videos. You can see some examples of them and a full list of the Vidiboxes which are available so far by clicking here. If however, you want a Vidibox creating for a different product then check out this page (link to video page) as this has more of our product videos. Alternatively If there's something you're keen to promote let me know and we'll try and put it into one of our Vidiboxes for you.

Prezzybox Wordpress Widgets

Equally as exciting are our Prezzybox.com Wordpress Widgets. As more and more of you are blogging it nowadays we thought it only right and proper to create some Wordpress widgets to include in your blogs as well. We've therefore produced the following creative for your Wordpress blogs.

Our gift wizard is one of our finest selling aids and really assists in increasing conversion. So, we've put together the Gift Wizard Search box in a number of sizes. All of the creative can be found on both AWIN and POR and is ingeniously entitled Christmas and then what it is (for example Christmas Gift Wizard Search Box).

Do you need any creative specific to your site?

If there is anything you'd like us to create specifically for your site - be it a certain size, colour, with your logo or whatever, then please let us know and we'll get straight on to it.

Gift Vouchers and Landing Pages

From now until December we are happy to give you a branded £5 gift voucher which you can pass on to your users. This will entitle them to £5 off EVERY order with a value of £20 or more. Personalised Calendars

Personalised Products are HUGE now and our Personalised Calendar is our best selling personalised product by a long way. So - it really makes sense to promote these. The way it works is simple. The customer simply adds their name to the product and we produce their name in a number of wonderful settings - be it Fireworks in the sky or Graffiti on a wall. For example:

Not only is the conversion rate on the Calendars particularly good, but so are the repeat sales which is obviously good for Affiliates because of the longevity of our cookie length through AWIN (365 days) and our Customer Based tracking through Paid on Results. And don't forget, every Affiliate who enters one of our prize draws above will receive a FREE CALENDAR.
