A particular radio station calls me in every couple of months or so to do a slot in the studio with them - usually on the subject of deals, discounts, offers and freebies or living thriftily etc.

My next one is Monday 09:00. Got the call yesterday!

Due to the old credit crunch and being so near to Christmas I’m looking to make this one REALLY good!

I'm looking for any merchants who would consider a custom landing page or custom promo code valid for two days. My plan was to contact a few merchants today (I know it’s last minute but I only got the call yesterday) to put in place some incredible exclusive offers however I've only had a few replies so far (mainly 'cos it's so last minute!)

My idea is that on the radio I’ll say that these are very special TWO day exclusive offers, they need to visit our site and find the merchants I’ve mentioned, there in the text for each participating merchant will be a code word - if they click on that it’ll take them to an exclusive landing page (or maybe if they click on it takes them to the normal landing page but they then need to enter the code word as a promo code) where they can get an incredible exclusive deal expiring in just TWO days (we have to give at least two days really as many of the listeners may not be able to get online on the same day as they listen – it’s also worth noting that there a listen again service).

The audience like samples, but love percentage discounts and free gifts/freebies. If you’ve got gifts lying around why not offer them with this promotion?

We always get a good response from our radio features and, as I say, with the credit crunch looming over everyone and being so near to Christmas this one could be fantastic! I really want to provide the listeners with something AMAZING!

We want offers that are really going to catch people's attention! This is a great opportunity to get new customers - and as it's a short lived promotion you've got a lot to gain and little to lose!

A custom landing page detailing an offer makes it easier for some of the less computer literate listeners and also looks great of course - then we could deeplink straight to that.

I know we’re small fry in the world of affiliates and this is so last minute but I really do hope you’ll work with us on this short lived but worthwhile promotion!
