however i never knew Arron was leaving, he was always a good account manager to me and would of liked the chance to thank him and wish him luck for the future.
Im suprised an email wasnt sent to all the affiliates he managed.

With your obvious charm and good wit, I'm sure this is just an oversight and they are all queing up to be your account manager. I have just called them and found out they have cancelled all work to have a meeting to dicsuss who gets you.
Try logging in as you can now raise a ticket with them directly, they have a new interface so no doubt you can come back here later and moan about that too!![]()

the query was in the list of tickets from previously - and it has now been deleted for some reason after I updated it asking for an update - hope thats not a bug!
