Apologies for the delay in our response. Your thread received a reply, but was somehow removed.
Unfortunately when clients pull budgets with no notice there is nothing we can do except pause affiliate activity immediately until more budget is released. We appreciate that this is frustrating for affiliates and we do work closely with merchants to understand their budget planning to prevent this from happening. In this instance there was no alternative solution.
We are working closely with Sainsbury’s to plan for future activity and hope that we can get the campaign back up and running. We will of course communicate this in due course.
In the meantime we appreciate your patience and support on the matter. Should you have any further comments I would appreciate discussing these over the phone.

All we as affiliates can do when this happens is use the traffic and redirect it - not good for a brand like sainsbury's
