so is a network allowed not to observe notice periods because they decide to cut budgets?

Specific contract details between OMG and merchants are confidential. We always aim to give affiliates as much notice as possible when it comes to campaign changes. However there are always going to be instances which we have little influence over. Sudden removal of budget is an example of one such regrettable situation.

Sainsburys are working on budgets for the remainder of this year and 2011 and as soon as have confirmation of these we will be in touch with affiliates to get the campaign back up and running.
