I've had a few 'sales' over the last few months but zero validations and of course no earnings in a sector I've always done well with in the past. Has anyone else had good/bad results with this merchant?

    Hi Lauriebred.

If you liaise with your account director at OMG they can vaildate transactions and values for you, if applicable.

Interestingly, I spent a number of hours in Norwich yesterday with the board of OMG and we are excited about the future and our exclusive relationship.

    Kind regards

    Hello Lee
Thanks for the reply. However, affiliates cannot do their jobs properly if they don't know what's going on with the business they are producing and without some idea of earnings we can't tell whether we should put effort behind a promotion or drop it. With zero validations over several months a natural tendency is to go for the latter choice. If these deals are indeed still live but working their way through the system is there not some way we could be informed of this, rather than be left to assume that they are dead? And if they really are dead could they be removed from 'pending' status so at least we know where we are? We can't be constantly ringing OMG to see what is happening with leads for particular merchants.

    Hi

I am more than happy to ask one of my colleagues to update your enquiries for you.

If you can provide a spreadsheet with the time and date of your applications, we can link that with the OMG origination programme and provide you an update directly for your deals if this would help with your immediate concerns?

    Please email alex@trumpo.com.

    Kindest regards

    Lee
