Thread: Anyone at OMG - Can Eurostar links be sorted please?

    The Eurostar planet links are all redirecting to the 30% off offer than finished on Monday 14th.
    I emailed about this on Tuesday but I've had no reply and links are still going to the old page - it's only a 2 minute job and should be a priority.

    Still nothing done about this - all Eurostar planet links direct to
    Up to 30% off train + hotel packages

    I did get an email on Monday (5 days to reply to an email?!) saying they had checked and they were all ok despite the offer stating Book between 29 December 2010 and 14 February 2011
    I replied but nothing back from them since.

    Either OMG or Eurostar need to update things but unless they have support that communicates with affiliates it's a waste of time.
    Is this the norm with support at OMG?

    Sorry Simon, there or only seven html links for this program and only 4 out of seven have been changed!!
    The other 3 are still going to Up to 30% off train + hotel packages, an offer that finished 4 weeks ago.
    This is the first time I have used the OMG email/support system, it's been for a basic housekeeping problem that should have been fixed on the same day, not still ongong 4 weeks later.
    The email confirmation stated I should get a reply in 3 days.
    It took 5 days for someone to reply, and tell me they had checked and that the links were going to the correct page.
    Obviously they had not been checked and I replied pointing out the problem again but never ever heard anything back.

    It hardly qualifies as "support"
