Hi,

Does anyone respond to support tickets? I have sent two tickets one dates 11/8/2011 & the other 15/08/2011 and neither of them have had any response so far?

A previous ticket I sent took 2 days to reply to.

I sent a support request last week about joining restricted programmes. Was this the right procedure? And how long on average does it take to get a response?
