Hello A&L Aff's,

There has been a great deal of back and forth on bidding on A&L's Brand. As there are some affiliates who continue to bid on the brand we have listed the over all RESTRICTIONS for bidding while using the A&L program.

“Affiliates should not be bidding on the term "Alliance & Leicester", "Alliance & Liecester", "Alliance and Leicester", "Alliance and Lester" or any derivatives / miss spellings of this Brand term.”

It is as simple as that really. This has been an on going issue for some time now and we have come to a point where we cannot allow it to continue past the weeks end. We do appreciate your hard work and the business you have given both to us and A&L. You are all right to continue to bid just so long as you follow the guide lines above. Affiliates who make the "decision" to continue to bid on this brand will unfortunately be removed from the program on Friday at 4:00pm.

I do appreciate your understanding in this matter. Those who are bidding must respect the wishes of A&L on this matter and work with us to continue to make this program available and work for us all! It should always be a win, win situation and I hope you respect where we are coming from on this matter.

We will have some very exciting things coming forward from A&L so keep you ears close to your phone and your fingers on your mouse!
