A valid lead is someone who is interested in selling their property and books an appointment for haart to visit to provide a free, no obligation valuation and market appraisal of their property. Once the customer has completed the form, haart will call the customer back to confirm the above and book an appointment. haart’s call centre will call the customer back within an hour to book an appointment to visit. Leads are validated on a weekly basis.
