In view of the Alliance and Leicester Rate change today I would like to take this opportunity to give you a step by step guide of how to use new OMG dynamically served tracking urls, there is now no need to ever change your tracking url again!
1.
Log into your account and go to active campaigns, click on edit for the Alliance and Leicester of your choice, you will then notice you have new OMG served url.
2.
Then click on view creatives and scroll down the various banners for the campaign, once you have selected one please copy and paste the code beneath that banner. This code contains both your OMG served banner and url.
If there are any rate changes in the future we will automatically update your tracking url and your creative for you!
At this time the Alliance and Leicester editorial is not dynamically served “yet”, so if you are using editorial in your promotion please ensure you log in to pick up the new editorial or that you are not displaying the old rate, we are currently in development to have this served soon – which will mean even less work for you!

I assume that you are referring to an instance where a pre-FSA and CCA creative which was no longer compliant has not yet been directly replaced.
This has arisen in a small number of cases where merchants have not been able to instantly replace every size of creative. We are currently working hard to resolve this with them, but appreciate that it has required a number of affiliates to pick up new banners in their accounts.
We can only apologise to any affiliates that have been caused inconvenience, and stress that we will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening again. Our plan is to hold a stock of generic creative for every merchant that can be temporarily substituted in the event that a creative is pulled for any reason, and a direct replacement is not instantly available.
