Announcing New Rates for the Platinum Rewards Credit Card from MBNA

From 1st November for one month only, MBNA will be changing the card purchase rate on the Platinum Rewards card to 0% for 6 months on card purchases, and 0% for 12 months on balance transfers (2% handling fee applies) and 15.9% APR typical (variable).

With this excellent offer in mind, we recommend that you make the following adjustments to your credit card comparison tables in order to maximise volumes:

  • You raise position of Platinum Rewards above Platinum Plus in Purchase and Balance Transfer & Purchase tables where both products appear.

  • When only one product is listed for MBNA, please replace Platinum Plus with Platinum Rewards.


You can earn the following commissions on the Platinum Rewards card:

£8.50 per submit - 1 to 50 submits
£9.50 per submit - 51-100 submits
£10.50 per submit - 101-150 submits
£11.50 per submit - 151-200 submits
£12.50 per submit - 201+ submits
