Site Not Live - How long?

I have recently been approved to join OMG after initially being turned down on my first attempt, however I have just logged in having been sent my login details and two of my sites are showing, but the main one that I want to apply for programmes from is showing as "NOT LIVE" in the control panel but my other site is showing as live, I have contacted them but am not sure how quickly I will get a reply as other agents can take weeks!

I have two questions regarding this...

My 1st Question:

How long will it take for my main site to be put in Live Status?

My 2nd question is:

As I can only apply for programmes from my domain that is not my main one will this affect my chances of being rejected on my main site? i.e should I just wait until my main site is in live status before applying with the other?

Question 1 - It can take ages. Give it a few days, then contact your account manager and get them to have a look at it. It can also take ages for some of the merchants to approve/disapprove you. I've been waiting months for some merchants. Others I've waited a couple of hours.

Question 2 - I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Add all your urls to the site when you are ready to show them off. Then apply for programs. Don't apply unless your site is ready else you will be rejected.

If an URL is rejected, you can add the same one again to your account (give it a different title) once you have tweaked it and try applying again.

Thanks for the reply, my main site I wanted live is was sorted within 24 hours so that's good, will see how long it takes for approval on the programmes now.
