    Hey, can someone help me out with the omg sales control panel?

    Basically it says the merchant name (Direct Line) then in the "type" column it says "Sale" and then in "status" it says "waiting".

    Does this mean I have a potential sale / lead or is this just wierdly worded?

    Im almost sure it means you have had a click and it's waiting for a sale to come in.

    I did as well when i first started using OMG!

    I now just look at the blue total bar & look to see the amounts.

    I also seem to get loads of sales through OMG that appear as 'validated' in my UID report, but never get added to my totals. Cant fathom it out either? But I think a status 'waiting' means that it is inside the merchants window to cancel if they cannot verify the lead as successful.

    Hi Everyone,

    Hopefully I can help clarify OMG’s Account Overview page for you here.

    The “type” refers to what action the program pays out on, so in Direct Line’s case affiliates are paid per sale. Other programmes may be different, for example per lead or quote.

    The “Status” Column refers to the status of your payment, which could be waiting (waiting for validations) , pending ( waiting for payment from the merchant) or sent ( payment made by OMG to you).

    The validated transactions column is a confirmed figure of acquisitions in your account, and commissions earned from these will be displayed in the PC (Pending Commission) column.

    There is a Glossary available on the left hand side of your navigation under “Help”, but don’t forgot you have a dedicated Account Manager, who’s details can be found in the bottom left hand corner of your login. We’re more than happy to talk you through any queries you might have.
