RE: AMEX Travel Card Suspension – Action Required

We regret to inform you that MBNA will be suspending the AMEX Travel card programme on 14th February 2008. MBNA have come to this decision because of the low consumer interest in this card as well as a poor conversion rate from application to opened account. This will be reviewed by MBNA and if the decision is reversed in the future then we will of course let you know.

We would like to apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank you for your continued support on the MBNA programme.

The AMEX Rewards card is still available to promote and if it’s a travel reward card that you are looking for then look no further than the BMI card which offers :
