RE: MBNA Business Cards - fantastic offers and commissions.

Following the recent increases on MBNA Business Card commissions and the increasing popularity of these fantastic cards, we would like to communicate with you the current offerings and proposed changes and ask for your feedback on the programmes.

The cards currently offer consumers -

• MBNA Self Employed Business Card – 0% p.a. on balance transfers for 12 months and 0% p.a. on card purchases for 3 months, both from the date the account is opened. A standard annual rate of 15.9% APR (variable) thereafter, and no annual fee! (3% handling fee applies).

• MBNA Business Card + Cash back – 0% p.a. on balance transfers for 9 months and 0% p.a. on card purchases for 3 months, both from the date the account is opened. A standard annual rate of 17.9% p.a. (variable), and a yearly membership fee of just £29. 0.5% cashback on all card purchases plus double cashback on fuel purchases. 3% handling fee applies. Terms and conditions apply.

• MBNA Business Card - 0% p.a. on balance transfers for 12 months and 0% p.a. on card purchases for 3 months, both from the date the account is opened. A standard annual rate of 17.9% p.a. (variable), and a yearly membership fee of just £69. 20,000 free bmi destinations miles with your first card purchase. 1 bmi destinations mile every time you or an additional cardholder spends £1 on card purchases. FREE Worldwide Annual Travel Insurance. 3% handling fee applies. Terms and conditions apply.

• Alliance and Leicester Business Card - 0% p.a. on card purchases for a full 5 months from the date your account is opened. Followed by a competitive standard annual rate of just 15.9% p.a. (variable). £0 membership fee for the first year, then an annual membership fee of just £50. FREE Worldwide Annual Travel Insurance. Terms and conditions apply.

MBNA are currently offering a massive £25 commission per application making the cards attractive to both consumers and affiliates alike.

We have had a number of questions regarding the difference in the card names between OMG and MBNA. Following this feedback, from 10th March 2008, OMG will be changing the names of the cards to bring them in line with the official MBNA site and hopefully put an end to any confusion that this may have caused.

To clarify, the card names will now be as follows-

Current OMG Network name -From the 10th of March-
MBNA Self Employed Business Card - MBNA Business Card
MBNA Business Card + Cash back - MBNA Business Card + Cash back
MBNA Business Card - MBNA Business Card with BMI miles

We would also like to bring to your attention that MBNA are currently looking to offer funding to affiliates who would be interested in creating Business Card specific pages within their sites, to help promote the cards further. If this is something that would interest you, please feel free to contact your Account Manager for further details.

I sincerely hope not. I have just had to buy a call blocker to stop pests from Asia ringing me several times a day and the less encouragement they get the better. It's a great machine called TrueCall, they sell them at Amazon
