We are pleased to announce that Cancer Research’s Run 10K programme is now live on the OMG Network.

Affiliates can earn £5 per validated transaction and there are cross selling opportunities over the Cancer Research product range.

I can't see this campaign on the system?

I'm not sure about other affiliates but I find the whole OMG interface an absolute nightmare to navigate. Could you possibly get your techies to put in some decent navigation?

Examples..

1. On messages you tell me there's a new programme... why can't there be a link to join that programme? Instead I have to go back, and try and locate it in the directory - but then can't find it.

2. When listing programmes I can search by active, pending and rejected using the tabs at the top - why isn't there a "not applied" option? It makes sense to offer that imo.

3. If there's a new Cancer Research programme - and I've already been accepted under one other option - why do I have to apply every time? I want to go in, collect links, do updates.

4. Do multi option programmes cross track? E.g. You have 4 Cancer Research links... I'd personally love one catch all - but that aside if someone clicks via a donation link, but ends up shopping at the online store... does that result in commission?

Apologies for the rantiness, but I find the whole OMG user experience so frustrating :-(

Hi Jason,

Many thanks for your ideas and solutions, it is beneficial to hear these from a user’s point of view as it helps OMG to continue to improve our services to affiliates.

I will raise points 1 and 2 with our tech team to see if this is something we can deliver. I will make sure that your Account Manager liaises with you to keep you updated on any progressions we make.

In terms of being automatically approved onto a programme for a merchant that you are already live on, in most cases this is something we would do, however Cancer Research UK specifically manages the affiliate approval process directly and therefore OMG could not automatically set you live on Run 10K. We appreciate that this is an inconvience and we will do our best to speed up the approval process for you.

I can also confirm that Cancer Research UK allows for cross- tracking of sales which you will be awarded for regardless of which CRUK tracking links you use.
