How long does it take to go from "waiting" to "accepted" with programs on OMG?

We've applied for a number of programs and everything just seems to be "waiting"?

Sorry for not replying sooner! - I have had a look into your account and accepted you for all the programs I could.

With some of the campaigns you have to wait for the Merchant to approve your website and supply tracking, sometimes this can take a while.

If you are still having any problems please give me a shout and I will look into further for you.
