Icesave - Closed programme from 14th April 2008

Dear Affiliate,

It is with great regret that we have to switch the open Icesave programme to a closed one. This will take effect from 14th April 2008. This decision has not been made lightly and has been made after months of deliberating.

Having a high degree of control over the level of applications received is very important to us as it enables us to ensure that we are able to deliver a good level of service to all our customers all of the time. We feel that the best way to do this is to work with small number of affiliates, in order for us to monitor and control the volume of applications that are generated. We are investigating how we can grow our capacity with a view to re-opening the programme later in the year; however this is a longer term fix.

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone that has worked on the campaign and made it such a huge success and we look forward to working with you in the future.
