Does their brand cookie overwrite other content affiliates if the last click?
Do the various M&S programs cross track?

Not sure if they overwrite content affiliate cookies, but I guess you can compare their aff links with your own to see if they are using the same program id. Haven;t got a scoobie doo about the cross tracking, one for OMG to answer for themselves.

Spot the Difference on this two landing pages for which the latter is a buy.at affiliate appearing on Google for the phrase "Marks and Spencer" (hybrid it is not)
Not only is it a domain name containing the merchant brand, do M&S know about this, but you can see the quality "not" in duplicating the merchants own landing page.
There is no disclosure on buy.at of a BBG

Hi All,
I am the Account Manager on the Marks and Spencer Money programme at OMG. Just to clarify, M&S do have closed brand and generic bidding programmes on their Car, Pet, and Wedding programmes. Home and Travel insurance are currently open to all bidders.
Please note affiliates should not use the Marks and Spencer URL or send traffic direct to merchant at any time.
The Marks and Spencer programme also operates on a last cookie basis regardless to brand or generic content, the last website to refer the sale will be the one which generates the sale. With regards to cross sales, OMG ensure all cross sales are recorded so you will not lose out on any generated traffic.
