Cross promotion - Confusion

Hello

I am confused with OMG at the moment.

Merchant like MBNA got 10th of products like:

VISA card for Arsenal
VISA card for Manchester
VISA card Regular

According to the acc. Manager. If my lead click on link to VISA CARD ARSENAL and then apply for a "Visa card Regular", I will get the commission as long as I had applied to Arsenal & Regular.

The situation is common with many merchants: Virgin, More Than, Churchill...

I am currently working on the Travel Assurance.

"More than" got link to their single trip insurance policy and another link to the annual travel insurance.

If my lead click on Annual Travel Insurance (commission being more interesting) and then decide to get a single trip policy...do I get the commission.

Once again the situation keeps coming. (Virgin credit card, then decide to go for a loan...)

So, could you please make it clear once and for all please ? (just to avoid annoying the Acc. Mgr)

I agree 100% it is so unclear on OMG.

There can be loads of programmes but its not clear which ones cross track and which ones dont.

Its painful using OMG

I'm sorry to hear of the confusion that the cross tracking on our programmes has caused, especially as this is functionality that we have in place to make your lives easier, and ensure that you are earning commission for every sale you deliver to our merchants.

I'd like to take this opportunity to clarify things for you.

With regard to which programmes cross track - any programme that is tracked by OMG or a third party tracking solution will cross track sales.

The process that is followed should a cross sales occur is;

• OMG will track any cross sales whether you are signed up to the relevant programme or not.
• OMG will alert you as to when you have made a cross sale, in order to enable you to apply to join the relevant programme.
• Once you have applied to join and been accepted on to the campaign, OMG will upload your sales statistics for that product, and assign the relevant commission.

For example, if one of your users clicks through on Direct Line Car insurance but then purchases Home insurance, you will be awarded the current commission rate for Home Insurance.
