ActionAid Sponsor a Child - Earn £60 per validated sponsor during May!

ActionAid are giving a big push to recruit new child sponsors, with the next few weeks being the main recruitment period throughout the year. Below are details of the recruitment activities that will be happening over the coming weeks which should lead to increased online activity.

• There will be an increased amount of DRTV ads, including spots on Channel 4 and Channel 5 during May. ActionAid are expecting a lot of traffic and interest from the terrestrial ads.

• An infomercial will be running across a range of satellite and cable channels.

• Tube Ads – These were rolled out on the 21st April.

• Independent Newspaper – Every weekend during April and May ActionAid will have a series of press ads in the Independent newspapers.

• Cold Direct Mail - Initial letters will be sent out at the end of April with a follow up in mid May.

• Cold Calling – ActionAid will be increasing their cold calling list up to 1,000 contacts a week, and are hoping this will drive a lot of web traffic.

• Ask a friend – ActionAid will also be calling some of their current child sponsors and asking them if they would be prepared to ask a friend to Sponsor a Child.
