Thanks for your message. We have been working with FirstPlus to resolve the issue which unfortunately has taken some time as this tracking problem was not across the board making it more difficult to pinpoint as in the main the tracking was working.
The reason why some affiliates have experienced tracking issues is due to the Doubleclick tracking which is the third party tracking solution in place on FirstPlus. With Doubleclick urls if traffic is not generated for 30 days or more the links become inactive. All links have now been re-activated, and going forward the merchant is routinely checking to ensure this problem does not arise again.
FirstPlus should be implementing an OMG on their site shortly which will remove the need for a third party solution.
