Available from just £10.02 for single trip and from £46.05 for annual cover, (latter only available to under 65s), Direct Line’s Travel Insurance offers an emergency cash transfer of up to £100 and covers children for independent travel such as school trips. It also, unlike many other insurers, covers sunglasses and watches.
