Why is this happening?

For some reason, google has decided to list my site, www.rewardsites.co.uk as just rewardsites.co.uk

Example: http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...&q=uk+freebies

All pages deeper in the site have www. as a prefix in the SERPS.

I thought it might be because I've got some links to just http://rewardsites.co.uk/ but this isn't the case.

Any thoughts anyone?

the www. site is also listed

perhaps the non www. entry has more inbound(?) links thus lifting it up the listing?

Thanks for your reply.......I don't think it's anything to do with incoming links to the non www. URL.

I guess this is just a googlism

anyone know why google would visit a new site of mine 4 days in a row and place me page 1 for some terms and then now I cant find it at all.. not even a cache or reference to it anywhere..

help.. I spent a good week seo'in the damn site grrrr

It'll come back...soon.

Most of my new pages get listed for a few days and then dissappear...when the main updates comes along they appear again more or less in the same position.

Wouldn't worry too much...google has you and will slot you in.

ShaneRbn21 - This happened to me. It is very fustrating. You just have to wait it out.

Google is weird though. At the moment is showing as having 77 of my pages but only ever lists 53. Curse that damn Google!
