Do you have the problem with Google Adwords?

Yesterday my ads and campaigns stop to show up without a reason. I pay my google bills reguraly so that is not the reason.. All ads are approved before 3 months and show up for 3 months and stopped yesterday.

Does somebody have the same problem?

mine are fine, not that I have many, but they are showing up as usual.

I really don't know why they paused mine without notice...

And support don't reply for two days now...

Is your email address correct?
It's unusual for them not to send an email. There's probably some minor infringement of their guidelines they've just spotted. Just make a trivial change to your suspended ads and they'll restart while you wait for a reply.

my worst reaction time is 9 days between sending a message and getting an answer, and it was a billing query.

Sometimes Campaigns are flagged by Google for manual review by the editorial team. I think these are just random reviews to ensure content is meeting guidelines that might not be picked by their scanning software. Email Google and ask what the problem.

Renegade my email address works excellent...

And my ads are suspended all of them. Campaigns and ads.
This is similiar situation when they try to charge your credit card and you don't have enough funds on card. But in my account in reports there isn't info that they try to charge my card , invoice or something like that as before... Also they don't have to charge now my credit card because I spent 453$ for now and limit is 500$... 15 days ago from my last payment to google....

I sent emails to support from my 4 email account.. But no reply still.

GuyGuy, I didn't submit this ads in this month even.. They are approved to run on Google before couple month. They looks excellent and there is nothing in them which is problem for guidelines.

Casinomax, i see that was similiar problem before.. I will read this issues now...

We had our keywords suspended today because they said that we were using affiliate links!! They didnt even bother asking first, just went ahead and suspended the account. Lots of lost revenue.

Anyone else had this problem?

And so far, no response from Google and account still suspended. They are quick enough asking for money.

Also has a problem last week with some keywords overspending the account limit by over 300%. Anyone had this?

If you forget to put "aff", they usually suspend the ad pretty quickly.

They have made mistakes on mine, when I've advertised my own site, but they are quick to allow the ads again after I write in.

If they go over your limit, they refund you - check your account and you should see a refund.

Your best bet with AdWords support is always to send an email through the contact us button in your account. Outline your problem clearly and concisely and you should get a response within 2-3 working days, max. I have never waited longer than that but if you do, the email may have got lost in the system so try again.

Your ads will always get paused and show no impressions at some stage. Every ad gets a manually review after a certain number of impressions. It may be paused for 48 hrs but sometimes for me it has been a week or so. I have found the best way to minimise the downtime is just to send a polite email in the manner specified above as soon as you notice the impressions hit 0 (or give it 6 hrs or so to make sure it's not just a lag in the reporting system).
