Would the real google stand up?

So whats the difference between the first two?

The first is checking for people who are cloaking using the user agent.

Also, in my recent experience, the first one's results seem to show up as "Supplemental Result" after a few days - and eventually make their way into the "real" index, but only after being recrawled by the second.
