Premium Adsense

I've emailed google about this but not got a reply after a week - does anyone know if premium adsense's criteria of 20 million page views a month is for all sites on the account (e.g. 1 adsense account covering 8 sites) or one site has to generate 20 million page views?

Also does anyone here have premium adsense and is it any good (is the only difference you get an account manager)?

I think its one site. Additional benefits are you get to remove the "ads by goooooooogle"

I did find an article on the web suggesting you get a better revenue share on the premium programme, but its a bit hard to know what an improvement is when you dont know what you get to start with!

I'm not over bothered about it - I must have seen the adsense ads a million times and I've only clicked the 'ads by google link' once and that was just to see where it went.

I don't really see why its necessary, but I do like the concept of adsense because its easy and if google save me the hassle of sorting out relevant ads, I guess they can ask for some

Dammit - I'll be defending Microsoft next.
