  Bridge pages - campaign disapproved

I've just had an adword campaign disapproved for the following reason

"Violation of Affiliate Guidelines: The domains of your Display URL and Destination URL must agree, you may not simply frame content from another site and your landing page may not be a bridge page with the sole purpose of driving traffic to another site."

I've not seen this before, is it new?

The URL's are the same by the way, it's the "sole purpose" bit they are talking about.

getvisible seems to know their stuff
if you've got other stuff on the site other than a page where the only way out is to that merchant then they could get picky. Add links to other merchants on the page or even content?

"your landing page may not be a bridge page with the sole purpose of driving traffic to another site"

ummm that phrase is a bit scary don't ya think ???

so now google is saying (or at least the half assed google chimp that reviewed your account) that you can't send traffic to a landing page with the intention of the visitor having to click through to another site

ummm eeeek

worrying isn't it. what is annoying is they not only disapproved the ad, they individually disapproved all the keywords!

They disapproved all my keywords in an ad group a while back - and then admitted they did so in error but couldn't reverse it because their systems were down so advised i removed all the keywords from the adgroup and then added them again.

Seemed to work and was easy enough by cutting out with edit keywords then pasting them back into the same box. Didnt seem to affect my ad ranks either.
