  Is google rotating results?

I have one site, which was destroyed in the google feb update (site has been EST for almost 4yrs now), it appeared about 150 in the results for a search for mydomain after that update. It appeared back last week at No1 for mydomain search in both .com & .co.uk I am now getting about 300 to 400 referrals per day from google now, considerably less than what I used to get pre-feb update but when I check the referrals from google in my logs my site never appears in the results for the search term used. In fact any search I do in google and would have expected to see my site in the results, my site is nowhere to be seen. Is anyone else seeing anything like this?
Not sure what’s going on here I have tried searching in different datacenters which I know of but can never find my site for any search terms which appear in my logs. Beginning to think this is not datacenter related and google is now continuously rotating results?

Will

I notice that if I do a search on Google.co.uk via my BT Broadband connection I get 1 set of results, then if I do exact same search at work at exact same time I get completetly different results, then 5 mins later results have changed again.

It would certainly explain the rotating sales effect, and I don't think it's a recent thing.

I don't think they are rotating results, but...
There are certainly often different result sets on different datacenters,
and the SERPS seem in near constant update.
Well updates they take about 4 days to role out to all DCs, and then start changing again :-)
