and get

So I click on the link google kindly provides

I know google knows dulux's address because its in the listings and the site shows up, it just seems that google doesn't want to take me there unless I've searched for it properly.

Its Googles canonical problem - it knows about dulux.co.uk and www.dulux.co.uk and thinks they are separate sites - if you type www.dulux.co.uk into the search box you get a listing of the correct Dulux site (although the Dulux site seems to be down at the moment)
