Splitting article into a few pages?

Just a quick question, I've written a few 2,500 word articles for one of my sites, is it worth splitting the artcicles up into a few pages each or keep each article all on one page for best SEO results?

Cheers
Wardy

I'd say split them up into logical chunks and use relevant anchor text liberally between points. Each section to have its own Title relevant to the actual page and not the blanket title of the article itself. Just my tuppence worth. Aso where sensible throughout the rest of your site point to the individual section pages not just the initial page.

Yeh I have managed to split the articles up into specific sections like you said sammia. Should work much better I think.
