Numerous problems:
I would put your selling point / value proposition higher on page. Your most prominent text 'Innovative ways to make communication easy' doesn't convey what is so good about your service.
Think about who is visiting your website and the wording of your selling points. For example if I had no knowledge about
SEO and found your website it would be too technical for various reasons:
A) What is an
SEO 'engineer'?
B) Is less than £25 per hour a good rate?
You're selling your services based on price however is that the main motivation for people stumbling onto your website? Is it the first thought in their mind i.e where can I find the cheapest
SEO services.
I would imagine, for the majority of people the first thought going through their mind when finding your business would instead be:
I believe
SEO can help my website, how can this company help me?
Have a look at Grokdotcom, Copyblogger, and the ROI column of clickz. All good resources on conversation rates - look into 'personas' which might help.
