DA, my experiences of Clixgalore have not been good. I've been a merchant of theirs for just over 1 month.

Basically I wouldnt bother. Their Customer service is a joke as 16 phone calls produced zero call backs. Emails unanswered & merchant promotion to affiliates laughable. How can your campaign be promoted when they wont talk to you?

I started with a CPC campaign and a lot of the clicks I got were fraudulent.(IP address exceeded its daily quota)

I admit I am a virgin at affiliate marketing but learning by the hour!.

I'm just launching a new CPL campaign through Affiliatefuture who have been really good in their feedback and advise. Plus Jules always answers the phone!

    Good luck!

Tried them out as an affiliate last week, couple of programs, few days promotion, newsletter insert, the usual.

Total earnings from several thousand clicks?

    £9.15

    Wouldn't recommend them...

Plus, when I try to get a refund for their lack of service to me I am greeted with standard customer service reply emails without even a hint of apology.

Plus when I also mention internet bulletin boards, I am also threatened that any "defamatory or libelous material published will be met be immediate and swift legal action seeking compensation and damages for harm caused"

I'm not going to waste my time with these people any more.

A threat of legal action is a far cry from actually taking it.

If companies would just learn that one good and simple customer service practice of apologising to customers when they complain and at least try and make them feel better, the world would be a happier place!

    Thanks for the feedback guys,

I,m actually pushing some decent sales through Clix in the last 4 months, this after direct contact with the merchants and building a working relationship, this way its possible to cut out the clix cust service with any problems sorted by the merchant who is always willing of course.

I agree the feedback and customer service is lacking, I have asked some questions of the network itself, history, future plans, location, employees etc, all met with 0 response.

Any others promoting clix feel free to jump in.

Personally I think that CJ is worse than Clix as I`ve had money via click throughs. With CJ I haven`t made a penny despite knowing people have shopped or in one case I signed up for a mailing list just to test the network out.

I have removed recently one seller for viagra from clix as the website looked dodgy to say the least and didnt look like a medical company, just someone that was selling the drug.

Some of the UK merchants have got it well too easy, UK Loans company is just paying 10p per click with no second tier.

Still 2004 coming up and I certainly plan on making some money one way or another
