    Hi Tobyt,

    All sales are automatically confirmed. It is up to the merchant to 'charge-back' any invalid lead/sale transaction.

    Charge-backs can be made upto 14 days after the end of the month.

    I've just spent 10 minutes trying to open an account. Now that I've finally succeeded..I STILL can't see any lists of advertisers or see anywhere to join. Please tell me how to access them.

    I'm also not sure about the tracking system - does it rely on the reffer tag being sent by a browser?

    Hi Andrew

    Nice to see you asking for feedback here! It's a positive move!

    From a merchant's point of view, my experiences were as follows:

    1) I thought the rates were very reasonable, especially for a lot of successful sites like ours that can't afford the high fees some other networks charge.

    2) The sign-up was pretty painless and I can't remember there being any major issues there, though setting up sites and adverts was a bit confusing. A step by step guide which we could follow would be helpful.

    3) I think it would be a very good idea to publicise the merchants to potential affiliates. It is one thing almost all affiliates look for before signing up, and I also wanted to know this before registering as a merchant.

    4) When we first joined a month or so ago, responses to emails was very poor. It took days to get a reply - I'm pleased to say this seems to have improved, but it would be nice if whoever replied to the emails put their name on it, even if it's just their first name. Just makes it a little more personal.

    5) As you know we had some problems with fraudulent transactions, which seemed to take a while to get sorted, and only after we brought it to your attention. It doesn't help either the merchants or the affiliates if fraud goes by unactioned. I will add, however, that when I did call to get it sorted out, you were very helpful and sorted it all out straight away.

    6) One thing that is missing from our reports (unless I've missed it somewhere) is detailed transactions for each affiliate. I would like to know how many clicks have come through for each affiliate on each day, which ones led to sales, how much that sale was worth, and what commission the affiliate will get. That will help us improve our programme and therefore help our affiliates increase their sales.

    I'm sure there's more, but that's probably enough for you for now!

    Being a member of almost all of the affiliate networks I have to say that your interface has to be the most difficult to use - every time I visit your site I have to spend ten minutes trying to remember where everything is!!

    I'd suggest you have a look at the new affiliate window interface for an example of a good interface design.

    Also, unless I'm mistaken (or simply have not been able to find it ) - none of your merchants offer a product feed. Product feeds are becoming more and more essential and from personal experience they can have a tremendous effect on conversions.

    Can anyone tell me that they have actually received any payments from NetKlix?

    We had payments that the system showed we should have been paid 4 weeks ago and nothing has shown up, and emails sent 3 days ago have not been replied to. 2 Telephone calls have resulted in not being able to speak to anyone but the receptionist..... what am I to think?

    Hi Tobyt,

    We process month end on the first working day after the 14th for the previous month.

    In this case, processing started Thursday 15th. Your account statement will automatically have an entry on the 15th which has a status of logged.

    Once we actually send the BACS instructions, the status will change to Banked.

    On our payment run we process our private clients first and then move onto public affiliates. Unfortunately due to Bank policy, they set a daily BACS limit of £100,000 and we have to divide all of the payments up into batches.

    I cant say for certain which day yours will be processed but you will receive it before the end of next week.

    Our reception staff should have explained this, and I will have a word as soon as I finish this post.

    As for why your emails have not been answered, I will look into this also. If you PM me with your email address and Account ID, this will help me to look into it for you.

    can anyone let me know their affiliate experience of netklix over the last six months? reason i ask is i thought i'd give them another go as i put their links up on my site 6 months ago, put 1000s of leads their way and, er, didn't generate a penny in commission.

    so any feedback would be helpful
