ClixGalore? Are they OK?

I've just been approached by a very niche merchant who has a program on GlixGalore.

I've never used Clix. Are they OK?

Anyone have much experience?

Key points: Are tracking and payment ok?

Just wondered why they don't have their own section on the forum?

Tracking and payment are fine, have received money from them before. One thing to watch is their strict geo targeting though. If a visitor clicks one of the clixgalore banners from a country the advertiser doesnt want to target it doesnt show the advertiser site but shows a clixgalore error page instead.

I've never used them but run their name through the search facility on the forum as I know they have been discussed before.

I am sure I am still owed money from them Angela and would not use them again - highly unresponsive

Got the impression that there was only one member of staff when I used them and they were not very proactive.

Ive used them as both merchant and affiliate.

Merchant Experience:
Very poor communication
Failed to reverse clearly fruadulent leads

Affiliate Experience:
They have owed me money for over 6 months

I agree their response to emails is poor but I must confess I like the network.

They have a range of companies that offer products/services globally or multi nationally and that is what I'm after.

I've found clixgalore to be ok, good for smaller merchants, good for affiliates. same story as for all networks, be careful with selecting merchants to work with.

I've just looked and found I had a payment sent to paypal in march which got reverted because I hadn't clicked on somehting in an email...
Have emailed them about it today...

I use clixgalore as a merchant and as an affiliate and from an affiliates point of view they are fine. Never had any issues with them.

If you want me talk about how they perform for me as a merchant then that is altogether different!

Of course - if you don't trust clixgalore you can always join my program and I will track it independantly through urltrak - and I will give clixgalores commission to you!

does anyone know if they add vat. I emailed their support but there doesn't seem to be anyone at home. couldn't see anywhere on account details to add a vat number
