Norwich Union is pleased to announce the launch of Landlord Insurance into our wide portfolio of affiliate programmes.

We are offering a generous £100 per policy in commission and offer a good selection of creative and editorial to help you get the most out of this programme.

Norwich Union's Landlord Insurance product has been specifically designed for Residential Property Owners and landlords. Our policy is designed for landlords with up to 5 freehold properties, including private individuals who have buy to let properties and property-owning organisations such as property management companies and residents associations.

Norwich Union Landlord Insurance includes the following core covers as standard: Buildings cover including subsidence, contents of communal areas, glass and sanitary fittings, loss of rent or alternative accommodation expense, property owner’s liability and money and assault.

There is also a range of optional covers to choose from including; Landlord’s contents cover, engineering cover and legal protection.

Thanks very much for responding to my post.

I have done some investigating and Norwich Union do insure landlords with more than 5 properties but not under the Small Business Insurance proposition which is the sector in which this affiliate programme falls.

Once someone has more than 5 properties they are considered a larger business and therefore fall into the Commercial sector which has a different risk assessment. Unfortunately Norwich Union have no plans on launching an affiliate programme for commercial insurance.
