I just tried to sign up and company and VAT numbers are obligatory so I couldn't. My operation is legit - all tax paid and so on, but also quite small so I don't have those details and it seems I can't go ahead.

edit: Take that back - I managed to sign up using Paypal as a payment method. Here's my unadulterated white label if you're interested - of course I'll have a play with it but I'm afraid I'm not too impressed with it yet.
