Received an email on the 3rd saying payment had been made, on the 15th I still didnt receive payment but was promised the cheque was being sent that day. 24th and still no payment and all emails to Andrew go unanswered.
Anyone received payment this month? Tried to call them but the line either goes dead or to a voicemail...

same problem here, whenever I send an e-mail it goes unanswered. Wasn't sent any payment in April although it showed up that I should receive some for a couple of days and I haven't received this month's cheque yet either.
It's happened twice now (2 months is a row) and Friday Andrew emailed me stating that payment actually got paid by BASC, haven't been able to confirm that yet, so hopefully payment was made (even though I had emails stating I was being sent a cheque).
Communications have gone down hill fast sinse Andrew took over, no replies to emails, phones going unanswered.... (things don't look good at the moment), maybe he is still learning and things will improve (I really hope so)...
I have never not received payment from AFFORM so hopefully it did go in on the 6th April (where Mays payment is, is beyond me)...

We are facing the same payment issue with afform.All our email goes unanswered though we were told that we will received our due payment by this Monday but till now we have received nothing & no communication from afform in this regards too.
Check your bank, it looks likely they may have gone back to BASC after changing to cheques for a period. As for the emails, I have never had 1 single reply from the new guy at Afform from any email I have sent them, either the spam controls need to be checked or the emails are simply getting deleted...
I just checked my BANK account NO PAYMENT RECEIVED YET.
We have received payment in past from afform so it’s not like they don’t pay but this time there is massive delay in payment with out any communication.
